A weekly online sanctuary for self-connection, rest and inner freedom
Welcome To the Freedom Circle
Maybe you spend most of your week doing. Working, thinking, organising, supporting other people, keeping up with everything that needs your attention while your own need for stillness quietly gets pushed further down the list.
Or perhaps life simply feels a little too full. Your mind is busy, your nervous system rarely gets the message that it can switch off, and even when you do have time to yourself, you’re not always sure how to truly settle.
Freedom Circle is an invitation to put some protected space back into your week.
A regular hour where nobody needs anything from you.
Through Yin Yoga, relaxation hypnosis and our monthly New Moon Meditation Circle, we have different ways to slow the pace, soften some of the accumulated tension and give yourself the kind of attention that is so easily given to everyone and everything else.
And because it’s a membership, you don’t have to do everything. Come to one session, come to them all, use the growing library when it suits you. The point isn’t to add another commitment to an already busy life. It’s to create something in your week that actually gives something back.
What’s included:
- 1 x Weekly Live Yin Yoga on Zoom
- 1 x Weekly Live Relaxation Hypnosis
- 1 x Month, New Moon Meditation Circle
- Full Replay Library to practice whenever it suits you
Through my work over the years I’ve seen time and again clients who have so much going on in their life that it can be difficult to perceive their own inner wisdom.
With movement, stillness, hypnosis and meditation, we work with different layers of our experience; the physical body, the nervous system, the subconscious mind, our emotions, intuition and consciousness.
The practices complement each other beautifully. Yin gives the body time to soften and release. Hypnosis allows the thinking mind to become quieter and supports deep relaxation. Meditation develops stillness and awareness.
These guided journeys help us explore the deeper patterns, emotions and questions affecting our lives, sometimes revealing connections, memories or perspectives that help us understand ourselves and our experiences differently.
Practical Details
Wednesday evenings, 8:30pm – Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practice using long, restful poses to open the body, release physical tension and create greater stillness. It’s a beautiful midweek reset for the body and nervous system.
What to bring: For Yin, you’ll need a yoga mat, a blanket and a couple of cushions or pillows or a bolster if you have one. It’s all about being comfortable.
Sunday evenings, 7pm – Relaxation Hypnosis
A deeply relaxing hypnosis for stress relief at the end of each week. Lie down, get comfortable and allow yourself to be guided into a quieter state where the body can settle, the mind can soften and you can begin the new week feeling restored.
For hypnosis, simply find somewhere cosy where you can relax fully without being disturbed. Headphones are lovely if you have them, but not essential. Maybe have a blanket to keep you warm.
Once a month – New Moon Meditation Circle (dates released each month)
Each New Moon we gather for meditation and a deeper guided journey. These sessions give us time to turn inward, work with intention and explore intuition, imagery, consciousness and whatever arises through the journey. The date is announced each month.
For meditation, find somewhere cosy where you can relax without being disturbed. Headphones are lovely if you have them, but not essential. Maybe have a blanket to keep you warm.
Your membership also includes access to a growing library of practices, giving you Yin, hypnosis, meditation and guided journeys to return to whenever you want some additional support. Each month you can drop in to one, or all of the sessions.
And please don’t worry about being “Zoom ready.” Cameras are completely optional.
This is your time, so you’re welcome to turn yours off, curl up under a blanket and simply enjoy the session.
Give yourself permission to pause.
