What happens during a session?
A Quantum soul reading & healing session occurs in a safe, nonjudgmental and confidential space. These are done remotely. You rest back on a couch or bed and close your eyes. It can be beneficial to play some ambient music to help you relax and drift into a calm state. These sessions are done in the quantum and a report is recorded and sent to you afterwards.
During a session I connect through my heart space to the quantum realm.
You will always receive the healing allowed by your Higher Self and what’s for your greatest good at the time. Because of this, each and every session is entirely unique. We are always evolving and changing.
All of your energy centres are cleared and calibrated and balance and harmony restored. You are then grounded and the energy is once again a clear channel to Mother Earth.
These sessions aim to enhance healing, clear blockages, upgrade the physical and bring you into a higher alignment with the highest version of you.
After the session the integration of new frequencies will happen subtly and gently so as not to cause excess disruption to your day. That being said, it is advisable to have nothing to do for a few hours after a session to allow integration time and rest for the body.
You may feel dizzy, hungry, cold, tired. Most people feel really energised, connected to everything and more alive than ever. It’s different every time depending on what your needs and receives.
